1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by YardMatrix Lawton Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

YardMatrix Lawton Artificial Grass provides artificial grass installation services for residential, commercial, and specialty applications in Lawton, Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residential and commercial artificial grass installation
• Pet turf and dog turf systems
• Backyard putting greens
• Playground and safety turf
• Sports turf installation
• Turf removal and replacement
• Paver and turf installation

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are based on site evaluation and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted based on site conditions discovered during installation. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled installation date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. Turf product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We will provide you with all applicable warranty information upon completion of your project.

7. Limitation of Liability

YardMatrix Lawton Artificial Grass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

8. Property Access and Conditions

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that utilities are marked before installation begins. We are not responsible for underground utilities that are not properly marked. You must also secure any pets during installation for the safety of our crew and your animals.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Comanche County, Oklahoma.
